What does your cat do to your computer?

So I was surfing the web and I came up with this really cute article about cats and computers.

All I can really add is this:

1. I can be accused of blaming my cat for "accidentally" deleting an important email when she walks over the keyboard. In truth, she's only done this once, and nothing was "really deleted" but it really works if you know the other person is a cat lover. (note: some editors are not amused).

2. Apricat really tries to avoid the computer because it reminds her of "work" and the way she sees life, I must work at my keyboard in order to provide her with the living to which she's become accustomed.
Instead, she usually lies on one of my books on the foor.

3. Apricat can't be bothered to actually "read" but she likes to think she is an intellectual and knows about every subject. So she'll rest her head on one of my library or newly bought books and literally "sleep on it."

Dressing your cat up for the Holidays

Have you thought of entering your cat's photo in a contest? Maybe it won't be much in the way of money, but your cat will be so proud!

Here's a contest from Page-A-Day, and they especially favor "holiday" photos. So for St. Patrick's Day, maybe dress your cat in green clover.

For Easter ... hmmm, put your cat in an Easter Basket?

What kind of cat person are you?

I took this quiz and had a lot of fun doing it because it told me a lot about the kind of person I am.
A lot of questions in this quiz are basic. Such as, if you came home and saw your cat sitting in your favorite chair, what would you do (1 of 4 choices).

If you're reading this blog, the only obvious answer is -- take a seat elsewhere!

Yet there's a lot of questions this quiz doesn't ask, such as:

1. Do you only give your cat Fiji water?
2. Do you say hello to your cat when you walk in the door?
3. Do you think your cat recognizes when you're going for a run (and will be back soon) and off to work?
4. Does your cat understand when you are going on vacation?
5. If you buy an expensive satin pillowcase to keep your hair smooth, and your cat decides it feels nice and makes it his/her own property, do you take it back - or buy another?

And this is only a start. I'm not sure what kind of cat person I am, even after taking that quiz. A cat is the most intimate friend you an have. They know everything about you, and you'd be startled if they could write it all down (and sell it to a tabloid for major $$$).
